If you've suddenly realised you typed in your address incorrectly or you prefer a different size/colour, please contact us ASAP! We will try our best to amend your order but we can't promise anything, especially if you realised your mistake days after you placed your order. Always make sure to double check everything is correct before you finalise your order!

Once orders are shipped out, we cannot change any delivery information. However, all orders are covered by our 14 day hassle-free returns policy, so if you would still like a refund/exchange on your order you may eligible for one if you follow our instructions properly.
My order is a special gift. Can I request a special note to be a part of my order?
Of course you can! We've had special requests asked to us several times and we've happily obliged every time. Please let us know if you'd like something personalised for your order and we'll see what we can do. (No crazy requests though!)
My order still hasn't arrived/is damaged/has arrived but is incorrect
In the rare case that any of the above has happened to you, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will get back to you ASAP. We take these things very seriously and you will have priority over other customer requests.
For orders that still have not arrived, we will contact the couriers to check it's status for you. For orders that are damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement as soon as we can.
