What is your returns policy?

We get it: online shopping is hard. Sometimes you get the sizing wrong and other times the colour isn't what you were expecting. That's why our store has a 14 day hassle-free returns/exchange policy on all orders, starting from when you place an order (and if you're extra nice, we're lenient on the 14 days). All we ask is you pay the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

Items sent back for refund/exchange must be unworn, undamaged and in its original plastic bag. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I return my order?

Please e-mail us your order number and request at contact@pupandcoclothing.com and we will reply to you with a returns sheet and our mailing address as soon as possible. Returns can then be sent through any Australia Post office or relevant post office.

Have you received my return?

We will send you an e-mail once we've received the return. We recommend you keep the tracking code given to you by the Post Office so you can track the return yourself. If you're confident that the return has been received but we have not contacted you yet, please e-mail us ASAP and we will double check its status with our warehouse.

When will I receive my refund/exchange?

All refunds and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible once we receive the return. In case of any urgency, we can organise an exchange to be sent out earlier. You will immediately receive an e-mail when your refund/exchange is processed. Exchange e-mails will be accompanied with a tracking code. Please note it may take several business days for a refund to appear in your bank account.

My order was damaged/incorrect when I received it

In the rare case that your order was damaged when you received it, firstly, we apologise profusely. All our clothes undergo multiple quality control inspections so we're not sure how this slipped by us! Secondly, please e-mail us a photo of the damage to contact@pupandcoclothing.com. We will process your return and have the return shipping cost paid by us. Orders with incorrect items undergo the same process.
