Where do you ship and what is the estimated time of delivery?

We ship internationally to most countries from Sydney, Australia. Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. International orders are sent via DHL eCommerce.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Australia (Express Shipping): 1-2 business days
  • Australia (Standard Shipping): 3-5 business days
  • New Zealand: 3-5 business days
  • UK/Europe: 5-12 business days
  • US/Canada: 7-12 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 5-12 business days

Please note: While most orders will be received within these time frames, certain delivery factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, may delay the actual delivery times. These shipping times begin from when the order is shipped out.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs:

  • Australia (Express Shipping): $12, FREE for orders $149+
  • Australia (Standard Shipping): $FREE during our Spoopy Halloween Sale!
  • New Zealand: $12.50, FREE for orders $199+
  • UK/Europe: $14, FREE for orders $199+
  • US/Canada: $12, FREE for orders $199+
  • Asia Pacific: $17, FREE for orders $199+

Please note: The shipping costs you see when you check out are expressed in AUD, as this is the currency our store processes orders with. This may be different to the figures you see above, as these have been converted to your currency for your convenience. We cannot change the currency used in our checkout screen.

When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order before 2:00pm AEST Monday-Friday, your order will most likely be shipped the same day. If you place your order later than that, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available. All pre-order items are clearly marked and have an estimated date of restock on their product pages.

Where is my order?

When orders are shipped out, you will receive an e-mail/text detailing the tracking information so you can track it's progress to your mailing address. Tracking info can take up to several hours to be picked up by the delivery company. If you are still having trouble with the tracking, please e-mail us at and we will investigate the problem.

Troubles may include:

  • Shipping taking longer than estimated
  • Tracking indicating successful delivery but you have not received it

I haven't received any order confirmation/shipping e-mail

There's a chance it may be in your junk mail. If it isn't there, please e-mail us at and we will double check the e-mail/phone number you used to complete your order and will resend another order confirmation and shipping e-mail/text.
